Stillbirths and mortality in the first week after birth, per one thousand births.

Stillbirths: babies born after a pregnancy duration of at least 28 weeks, who show no vital signs after birth (respiration, heartbeat, muscle activity). This is the definition of perinatal mortality according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
