Settlement by judge

The number of court cases relating to young people (aged 12-24 years) settled in first instance by the presiding judge.

Discrepancies may occur in the course of the year between the figures in the National Youth Monitor and the figures from the Public Prosecutor’s Office. These are caused by the fact that the figures in the Youth Monitor are updated yearly, while the dataset from the Public Prosecutor’s Office is ‘live’, i.e. it updated continuously.
