Wajong benefits

The number of young people (aged 18-26 years) claiming a benefit under the former and present schemes for provision for people disabled from an early age (Wajong up to 1 January 2010 and Wet Wajong after that) on 31 December of the year under review.

All figures are rounded to the nearest 10. As a result of rounding total figures may not exactly equal the sum of the separate figures.

Data available from 2000. For the period 2000-2009 the figure refers to claimants aged 18-24 years. From 2010 it refers to claimants aged 18-26 years.
