Youth probation measure: individual supervision programme hard-core, total

The total number of young people (aged 12-24 years) in an individual supervision programme (ITB) directed at juvenile offenders who repeatedly commit (serious) criminal offences from 1 January to 31 December of the year concerned.

Individual supervision programmes are an intensive form of (youth) probation, often imposed as an alternative for detention or part of a custodial sentence.
